Connected Gmail
Prime Meridian Labs, Inc. dba Prime Meridian provides this separate Gmail review environment. This notice describes its Gmail features and data handling.
You choose the access
Send-only access lets Prime Meridian send messages and attachments you authorize; it does not allow us to read or search your inbox. With read-and-send access, we can also retrieve relevant messages and attachments for your requested tax, financial-document and correspondence tasks. We do not change your Gmail messages, labels, filters or settings.
Processing and retention
For read-enabled users, the assistant retrieves the messages and attachments needed for their request. We use AI models within AWS with ZDR to process content.
While connected, we retain connection identity/status and operational history; user-approved outgoing messages and delivery results; selected email content, attachments and derived work when retained in your Prime Meridian workspace.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Selected content is sent to AWS for inference under an explicitly enforced zero-data-retention configuration. No Gmail content is sent to any other model service. The separate review environment does not access your production Prime Meridian workspace.
Use limitations
No sale of Gmail data, no advertising use, and no use to train generalized AI/ML models. Prime Meridian’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
People at Prime Meridian do not read Gmail content except with your affirmative permission for specific messages, where necessary for security or legal obligations, or in aggregated, anonymized form for internal operations permitted by Google’s Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting
Disconnecting stops future Gmail API access through Prime Meridian and deletes all Gmail data stored by this application, including retained messages, attachments, drafts, Gmail-derived records, operational history and connection credentials. A sent email remains in Gmail and the recipient’s mailbox; disconnecting does not delete mail from either mailbox. You can also remove the app’s access in your Google Account settings.
Review sessions expire after 24 hours. Expired sessions and their saved Gmail data are removed automatically.
